PVP Warper NPC
Most cities have a PvPWarper NPC. For example, Prontera's is near the fountain. The one in Izlude is south of where you spawn in, near the bridge. Talk to him and choose which PVP arena you want to visit. There is no level requirement to join PVP.[1]
