Job Change Guide
Requirement: Job 40 High Acolyte (Job 50 is Recommended)
Return to the Sage Castle in the northwestern corner of Yuno and read the Book of Ymir. The book will grant you access again to Hall of Valhalla and talk to the High Priest Job NPC to change into a High Priest.
